In this class you will learn the basics about the 1031 tax differed exchange from Exchange Resources' Phil Atwan. How it works, who can do an exchange, rules and regulations of exchanging, and more!

Since we are holding the 1031 on 10/31, let's have some fun! If you come to this class in your Halloween costume or dressed up in some way for Halloween, you will be entered in a drawing for a chance to win a raffle prize!
