CRMLS UPDATE:

PHOTO PRIVACY FOR CLOSED LISTINGS

CRMLS has updated Rule 19.2.4 to boost privacy for homeowners. From now on, once a listing is Closed/Leased, Expired, or Canceled, all photos except the primary photo will automatically be removed from IDX websites. All photos will still remain visible inside the MLS for comps and reference.

No action is required. CRMLS will handle this for both new and historical listings. This change helps protect consumer privacy and saves agent time.
