This class is designed for residential Real Estate Agents and Brokers who want a clear understanding of the buyers’ side of the Commercial Real Estate Transaction taught by Michael Simpson, Founder and Instructor of the NCREA. In this class we will cover including Creating and understanding a Buyer ROI Analysis, What makes a cap rate good or bad, The 3 types of investors and how they like to buy, and MORE!!
