Stacy Caplan is visiting our association. to meet our members and answer questions as part of her "Listening Tour” for her upcoming run for 2027 CAR President-Elect. Staci has served as Santa Barbara Government Relations Chair for four years (2021-2024), 2024 Hall of Fame RPAC contributor and President’s Circle member and is passionate about supporting our advocacy efforts. She is currently serving as Vice Chair of Local Government Policy Committee at C.A.R. and will be Chair in 2026.
