Call to Action from NAR:
NAR went live on Tuesday with a Call for Action in California. The CFA was sent to brokers only, calling on them to email their members of congress asking them to cosponsor HR 5419 the Direct Seller and Real Estate Agent Harmonization Act. This legislation would protect independent contractor status for REALTORS®. While NAR is sending to brokers, all CAR members are able to use the link in this email to write their legislators.
